Meals and refreshments are planned so everyone feels included. Before anyone starts, we talk through dietary needs, allergies, cultural preferences and any support with eating and drinking.

How do people get to OMAS?
However suits you best: family drop-off and collection, travelling independently, or arranged transport. Pick-up and drop-off options are available in some areas, so just ask.

We'll talk you through the daily fee before anyone starts: what's included (meals, refreshments and activities) and anything extra, like arranged transport or special outings. No surprises.
How can a place be funded?
Some people pay privately. Others use Direct Payments, a Personal Budget or Local Authority funding. Not sure which applies to you? Ask us and we'll explain the options.
Who can make a referral?
Anyone. Families, carers and professionals such as social workers or case managers all refer to us, and you're very welcome to get in touch for yourself.
