Everyone deserves a place where they belong.
And something to look forward to. OMAS is where people come to meet friends, enjoy good company, find new interests and make more of their day. No one-size-fits-all. Just come as you are.
Working with people and families, we saw how much it matters to have somewhere you genuinely look forward to going. Not just somewhere to spend the day. Somewhere to belong.
It started with a simple idea.
We wanted a place where people are known by name. Where you can make friends, share a meal, have a laugh, enjoy the things you already love and discover something new.
And a place where families feel confident their loved one isn't just being looked after, but is genuinely enjoying their day as part of a community.
That idea became OMAS: a place to belong, a life to enjoy.

It's not about filling the day. It's about enjoying it.
A good day means something different to everyone. For us, what matters is that people feel welcome, involved and able to spend their day in a way that feels right for them.
Sometimes it's the simplest things that matter most: a familiar face, a good conversation, sharing a laugh, trying something new or simply having something to look forward to.
That's the kind of day we want to create at OMAS.

Your day starts with you.
Before anything else, we get to know you: what you love, what you're good at, what matters to you and how you'd like to spend your day. It starts with questions like these.
- “What do you enjoy?”
- “Is there anything you don't enjoy?”
- “What are you good at?”
- “What would you like to try?”
- “Who do you enjoy spending time with?”
- “What support would help you enjoy your day?”
No two people are the same, and we don't expect their days to be either.

The things that make OMAS, OMAS.
